put in rtv plugins or map change plugins that arent admin only

gsn is coming back and its on a god awful map add rtv like its hardstuck on skiburs map bruh i cant see the rocket

all map rotation plugins dont work and basically every plugin on the server got nuked its just stuck on a skibur map and you can barely see the rocket on there the map is just really bad

Did you check the built in map change? We have it setup so you press Esc -> Call Vote.
